Spring Blooms

It's been busy around our place. Not much time for posting but I did get some time now and then to visit my favorite blogs. My photos are piling up and I'm getting behind in posting them. So today I thought I'd get a few of them uploaded for you to see.

I'll just post the pics today and catch up with you later if that's ok with you.

Azaleas and Rhododendrons are in full bloom here everywhere you look.

I've got a lot of words buzzing around in my head that need to be written but I'll save them for another post when I have more quiet time to sit and put my thoughts together. Right now it's time to take my son for our daily hike to the mail box. I hope you're having a good day for yourself be it busy or relaxing.

Gypsy Caravans

I've been doing some reading on the web and finding many interesting sites on Gypsy caravans. I thought you might enjoy checking some of these sites out. One I came across today is for a gypsy wagon for sale. It's a pretty cool looking home on wheels. You can check it out at Traditional Gypsy Wagon. In these tightening economic times, one of these just might come in handy.

Then there is the build it yourself kind, if you or someone you know is handy with tools. This D I Y web site has links to other interesting sites as well. You can check this one out at Tiny House Blog or here. This web site has photos of some very sweet gypsy caravans

as well as a video of a tiny house. I think you'll like them.

And our last site is one on foldable homes! That's right, a house that folds up. You can view these at Habitaflex.

Happy Easter

I took these photos a few weeks ago and saved them for this occasion.

There's a story behind these walls..... The old woman that used to own the property, carried the rocks one by one from the beaches in the area, and built the walls out of them for her flower gardens. Or so the story goes. The present owner is a professional landscaper and keeps the property in pristine condition.

Such a magical spot. Don't you agree?

Just A Note

Just want to let you know that I haven't forgotten my promise about those Angel Wing chairs from a recent post. I'd said I would research it and get back to you when I found out what they are composed of. Well, my search was cut short when I discovered that the home where the chairs are....is on a private road. So I'll just have to ask around and see if I can get the info that way. Otherwise, the chairs shall remain a mystery. That's sort of fitting for Angel chairs anyway. Don't you think?
